Cancellation Requirements

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the forfeiture of your non-refundable deposit fee.
 

No-Show and Late Cancellation Fees
 

• Any no-show appointment or rescheduling request made without 48 hours' notice will be charged 100% of the deposit amount to book a new appointment.

• This policy ensures that appointment slots remain available for all clients and compensates for reserved time.

Emergency Situations

We understand that emergencies may arise. In such cases, booking and rebooking fees may be adjusted at the discretion of management at the time of your rescheduled visit.

Guest Policy

For the comfort and privacy of all clients, no guests or companions are permitted to accompany you during your appointment. Anyone accompanying you will be asked to wait in their vehicle.
